Lynnwood, Washington is a popular town for professionals who work in Seattle.

Lynnwood is one of the top 30 cities in the state of Washington by population, with almost 36,000 residents. It is located in Snohomish County and is a popular city for professionals who work in Seattle, as it offers a relatively short commute. The city was officially incorporated in 1959 and came from an unincorporated location called Alderwood Manor. The city is expected to grow significantly as construction of the I-405 is set to increase the lure of Lynnwood and improve transport links.

One of the best features of Lynnwood is the number of outdoor recreational activities available. There are over 20 community parks in the area, which are ideal for picnicking or relaxing with amenities such as skateboard rinks, basketball courts, baseball fields, and spray pools. You can even practice your tennis skills on the multitude of local courts and with experts such as Josh Basha offering tennis lessons, you’ll be king of the local courts in no time!

As you can plainly see from all the facilities, Lynnwood is a city that loves sport and physical activity, with biking and hiking enthusiasts catered for with 13 miles of gorgeous nature trails. Other high-octane sporting activities include mountain climbing, whitewater rafting, scuba diving, and skydiving!
