Mill Creek is a small town located just 20 miles from Seattle.

Mill Creek has a population of just over 18,000 people and is located in Snohomish County. It is just 20 miles from Downtown Seattle and is a key part of the Seattle metro area. When it comes to per capita income, Mill Creek is one of the top 20 cities in Washington. The city was incorporated in 1983 and has grown quickly due to an influx of families attracted by the number of jobs in the area.

The Mill Creek Town Center is a huge lifestyle center with 88 restaurants, plus a variety shops and services. It is located on the Bothell-Everett Highway, which ensures that tens-of-thousands of visitors come to the center each day. When the city of Mill Creek was planned in the 1970s, it did not have a downtown area and this center was created in order to ensure the city had a social and commercial core. The center was completed in 2004 and is a star attraction within Mill Creek.

Once you have shopped ‘til you drop in the Town Center, you can head over to Island Time to relax. This entertainment and relaxation center can be found in Esplanade and serves an array of exotic refreshments. There is also a dedicated Play Hut which offers free entertainment for kids, while the Laser Tag game is extremely popular for kids and adults alike. There are special meal offers and arcade games, which means Island Time a great place for families to relax and unwind. It’s no wonder that an increasing number of professionals are electing to live in Mill Creek and work in Seattle.
