Terms and Service

At Basha Tennis our focus is to provide the opportunity for children and adults to have the opportunity to play competitive tennis. While competitive tennis is our specialty we are proponents of playing tennis for the health of it in any way shape or form. We also work closely with nonprofit organizations to give back to the community.

Registration Policy
Our commitment to players training with us is to provide the most current technical and tactical training utilized with the safest methods of coaching. The Basha Tennis coaching staff regularly attends continued education seminars provided by the United States Professional Tennis Association. Basha Tennis will provide a qualified coach with a preplanned lesson plan by Josh Basha and a player coach ratio of no more than 6 players to 1 coach and no less than 3 players to 1 coach. All registrations must be through our online registration system found at www.BashaTennis.com. Players must be registered before they participate in our training. Registration is a first come first serve basis, if a player accidentally registers for the wrong training session they will receive a refund but we cannot insure availability for the appropriate level training session. Players withdrawing before 48 hours from the start date of a session will receive a full refund, players withdrawing within 24 hours from the start date (or later) of a training session will receive a 50% refund, there will be no refunds after the 3rd training session has started. Registration and payment is needed before players can attend a training session. If a player would like to schedule a 30 minutes evaluation lesson please contact any of our coaches. The evaluation cost is $25.

Make up Policy
We understand that players make every effort to attend every training session and that sometimes extenuating circumstances get in the way. Our coaching staff makes every effort to provide all training sessions planned although sometimes the weather or bank holidays can get in the way of our training. To ensure players receive at least 16 training sessions per 8 week session we have created a makeup day every week for every level of training we offer. We cannot let players change training days in the middle of a session for a missed lesson due to our limitations at Chandler Tennis Center and the PGA Store. These makeup lessons are for any player currently registered for one of our 8 week training sessions, to ensure our 6:1 player coach ratio these make up sessions do not include our weekly camp sessions. Players missing a session are welcome to attend as well as players that have not missed a training session. The makeup sessions are hosted at these times and locations.

We strive to provide the safest lessons possible. Parents and players registering for our training sessions understand that tennis is a physical sport and sometime injuries occur. We regularly remind players to be award of their surroundings (other players, balls, carts, fences, light poles, walls, and benches).
